[POE 3.1] Inferno Sprinkler Knight: Uber Lab - T16 - Shaper - Elder - League Starter (Molten Strike)

The concept:
Molten Strike has a lot of projectiles that no matter if you are dealing with single or multiple targets, can be great. Cons:
